Enjoy an evening of fine dining in one of Rochester’s grandest dining rooms, every  Friday & Saturday. The crispy white linen sets the scene, an intimate exclusive setting, with only 7 tables enjoy an evening of dining in a setting unrivalled.

Our head chef, Stuart Tyler creates an exciting menu using the very best in-season Kentish produce. We work directly with small farms and suppliers to deliver the very best in-season Kentish and beyond produce. We proud to source the majority of our steak from Hole Park Farm in Tenterden. Our Prix Fixe menu changes every 6 weeks, offering a true taste of Kent throughout the harvests.

The boardroom from Café Nucleus Rochester showcases the finest and very best in-season produce. Working directly with local farms and suppliers in Kent, always.From Tony’s (Our Resident Bee Keeper) Newington Honey to Court Farm Halling sirloin steak, we know where our food comes from.

We source the very best in-season produce to deliver an unforgettable dining experience. Stuart Tyler, our Head Chef brings his unique British accents from some of Herefordshires most prestigious hotels and restaurants to the boardroom in Rochester. His uncompromising approach creates a celebration of the tastebuds in one of Rochester’s grandest dining rooms.

Mirroring Stuart’s belief that the dishes, crockery and building should be a feast for ones eyes, while creating a memorable experience. Stuart’s signature style is to follow the regiment of classical cooking with exciting fusion twists.

Sit back, relax and unwind as the soft piano music gently serenades you into the perfect evening. Immerse yourself into the atmosphere from our panelled walls and carving to the British made Urchin chandelier, everything is a delight for the eyes. 

With only seven tables available, it offers an intimate setting with the table exclusively yours for the evening.
